New Parents Package

Two prenatal meetings:

  • The first meeting: intake questionnaires to determine anticipated support needed and create a postpartum plan
  • The second meeting: preparation for baby - may include nursery set up, household organization, “how to” demonstrations, answers to your questions/concerns. This is also a good time to combine with the Lactation Package (for those who plan on breastfeeding)

Once baby is born:

  • Postpartum support three days each week for the first month after the baby is born
  • After the first month, extensions may be added to meet your needs

  • Guidance for proper latch
  • Help in achieving pain-free and successful breastfeeding experiences
  • Education to understanding milk transfer (so you’ll know if your baby is “getting enough” milk)
  • Constant encouragement and support
